This is a photo of a species of roach I kept for a while, oxyhaola deusta, aka cape red head roach, aka cinnamon cockroach (as they have the faint scent of cinnamon). I was given them by the only other person to have kept them in the U.S. at the time. They eat oak leaves predominantly, and reach a max size of 2.5 cm. Redheads are still relatively new to the hobby, though they seem to be sold as feeders on some sites and many say they are really easy to breed and keep.
